We understand that sometimes plans change and you might find it necessary to withdraw from participating in Camp Shelanu. To withdraw from participation and request a refund, you must contact Camp Shelanu in writing by emailing shelanucamp [at] gmail [dot] com
- If your cancellation is submitted before January 16, 2024, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
- If you must cancel after January 16, 2024 because you have tested positive for COVID or due to a flight cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any applicable credit card processing fees, following verification.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for any other reason if cancellation occurs on or after January 16, 2024, but we may be able to transfer your payment to Camp Shelanu 2025 upon request.
